Our bespoke ‘Garden Walk’; a long and cooling cocktail diligently created by Rusty Barrel’s awesome team of mixologists (it’s a hard job 😉). The ideal cocktail to accompany you on a summer’s day with its minty, citrussy and crisp freshness that will undoubtedly leave you feeling invigorated.

What you’ll need:	Your Rusty Barrel cocktail shaker set 50 ml of your preferred vodka 50 ml of apple juice 15ml elderflower liqueur 15ml lime Soda water Fresh mint Ice
Preferred glass:	Collins
Process:	Shake & top
Garnish:	Fresh mint
Top Tip:	Freshly squeezed apple juice is always best! Elderflower cordial can be used in place of elderflower liqueur.
How to mix it like a pro:	Add the vodka, apple juice, elderflower liqueur and lime to your glass Stir well Add crushed ice to half the glass and churn Top up the glass with crushed ice Top up further with soda water Garnish with fresh mint sprigs
Paired with:	A garden wobble (after a few!)
Feeling creative?	Also works extremely well with gin, as the botanical notes provide additional complexity to the finished drink.
