Great customer service!
First review I’ve ever written and I wouldn’t usually but the customer service was outstanding so I felt compelled to do so.
It’s a really nice looking shaker and works well as expected.
Unfortunately I lost the little lid that goes on the top. I wrote Rusty Barrel an email asking if there was an option to buy just a replacement lid. They emailed me back in half an hour asking for my address, and sent me 2 replacement (in case I lose another) lids for free.
Chuffed to bits to say the least!

This is a xmas gift my daughter wanted a black cocktail shaker and this did not dissapoint , it came in a lovely gift box and i cannot wait to see her face when she opens this beautiful product, it came very fast too after i ordered it .

Arrived quickly and packaged beautifully in a big presentation box. Cocktail shaker set is a great shiny copper, everything feels weighty and expensive. The bar tools are easy to use - perhaps a little too easy! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Had some delays but was provided great support throughout! I knew my order might get caught up in the Royal Mail strikes but I emailed in and the guys helped me throughout and of course the parcel did turn up! Super quick delivery, ordered in the morning and it arrived the next day with no extra cost. As a bartender, this is probably the best kit I've used and will be encouraging my staff and colleagues to purchase as well. 10/10 would recommend for home use or professionally in a working bar

I have now purchased 3 cocktail shaker sets and recommended to my sister who also purchased one. They are beautiful, and very well made. They make a beautiful gift and each recipient has been blown away when they opened it. Service is great. I already have another person in mind to buy for soon.
