Ian Fleming perhaps didn’t envision the effect this masterpiece of a cocktail would have on the world when the Vesper Martini made its debut in his Casino Royale novel. As Bond famously says “once you have tasted it, you won't drink anything else" – a nod to his passion-fuelled romance with eponymous double agent Vesper Lynd. It’s most definitely not for the faint of heart, as it contains nearly double the spirit quantity of most other classic cocktails. One might even say it carries a licence to kill…

| Process: | Shaken, not stirred (of course)! |
| Garnish: | Lemon Zest |
| Top Tip: | Chill your Martini glass before use and fine strain after shaking to remove the ice crystals from the cocktail. |
