How to make the perfect Rusty Nail cocktai

Technically speaking the Rusty Nail is one of the easiest cocktails to make. All that’s needed is your favourite scotch and some Drambuie, the ratio of which is down to your individual taste.  If you like yours to be more spirit-forward then maximise the scotch input, conversely if you like it a little sweeter add in more Drambuie.  Either way, a Rusty Nail is an ideal way to round-off the night.

 Ingredients:

• 50ml of your preferred scotch whiskey
• 40ml of Drambuie
• A slice of lemon
• Ice

Method:

• Put the whiskey in to an ice-filled glass.
• Add the Drambuie.
• Gently stir.
• Garnish with the slice of lemon.
