Lesson 2 – Building a Home Bar

Here, Nick from Rusty Barrel explains what is realistically needed to set up a bar at home that will ensure variety without being unnecessarily extravagant. Following the four-element format from Episode 1, a cocktail will contain; a spirit of any kind, a bitter element, a sweet element and water.  A home bar collection will always aim to reflect this format.

With just a few basic items from your pantry, alongside a small range of your favourite spirits and a selection of our suggested liqueurs, you will be fully-equipped to get started. By simply swapping one or two ingredients will enable you to make over a hundred of the world’s most popular and delicious cocktails.
