Ingredients:
50ml vodka
90ml tomato juice
20ml fresh lemon juice
dash Tabasco
dash Worcestershire sauce
pinch salt & pepper
celery stick
lemon
ice
Method:
Add dashes of Worcestershire and Tabasco sauce to an ice-filled tumbler glass.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Pour in the liquid ingredients and stir gently.
Garnish with a celery stick and lemon wedge.

Ingredients:
70ml of cachaca
half a lime
2tsp sugar
ice
Method:
Cut half a lime into small wedges.
Place the lime and sugar into a small tumbler glass and muddle well.
Add a few ice cubes.
Top the drink with cachaca and stir well.

Ingredients:
30ml vodka
20ml cointreau
30ml cranberry juice
10ml fresh lemon juice
half a lime
orange peel
ice
Method:
Add all the liquid ingredients to the shaker with ice and shake well.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a twist of orange peel.

Ingredients:
50ml white rum
35ml fresh lime juice
4tsp sugar syrup
thin slice of lime
Method:
Place the rum, lime juice and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker and shake well to combine.
Pour into a coupe glass and serve garnished with a slice of lime.

Ingredients:
45ml dry gin
10ml fresh lemon juice
5ml sugar syrup
twist lemon peel
Champagne
ice
Method:
Shake the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup with cubed ice in a shaker.
Strain into a champagne flute, top up with champagne & garnish with a twist of lemon.

Ingredients:
50ml gin
tonic water
2 slices of lemon
1 slice of lime
ice
Method:
Pour the gin into an ice-filled tumbler glass.
Add tonic almost to the brim.
Garnish with slices of lemon and lime (for a twist you could add spring of rosemary).
Serve with a straw.

Ingredients:
30ml white rum
30ml dark rum
30ml Cointreau
50ml fresh lime juice
10ml Orgeat syrup
10ml Grenadine syrup
pineapple slice
lime peel
ice
Method:
Put all the ingredients except the dark rum into the shaker with ice and Shake well.
Strain the liquid into an ice-filled tall tumbler or Poco Grande glass, and float the dark rum on top.
Garnish with a pineapple slice and a twist of lime peel.

Ingredients:
50ml bourbon
25ml sweet red vermouth
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
1tsp syrup
twist of orange zest
1 maraschino cherry
ice
Method:
For the syrup, you can use the liquid from the jar of maraschino cherries.
Place the bourbon, vermouth, bitters and syrup into a mixing glass filled with ice and stir well.
Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with an orange twist and a maraschino cherry.

Ingredients:
35ml tequila
20ml Cointreau
35ml fresh lime juice
slice of lime
salt
ice
Method:
Pour the tequila, Cointreau and lime juice into a cocktail shaker.
Add a handful of ice cubes and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
Strain into a martini glass with half the rim damped with water, then dipped in salt.
Garnish with a slice of lime.

Ingredients:
80ml gin
10ml dry vermouth
olive
lemon twist
ice
Method:
Pour the ingredients into the shaker with ice and stir well.
Strain the liquid into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with an olive or a twist of lemon peel.

Ingredients:
100ml bourbon whiskey
20g caster sugar
soda water
20 min leaves
ice
Method:
Place the mint leaves in the bottom of a glass and top with the sugar.
Muddle these together until the leaves begin to break down.
Add a splash of soda water, fill the glass 3/4 full with crushed ice and add the bourbon whiskey.
Top with another splash of soda water, stir and garnish with a sprig of mint.

Ingredients:
25ml white rum
1 lime
2tbsp brown sugar
mint leaves
soda water
ice
Method:
Place a few mint leaves, sugar and half a lime (cut into cubes) into a tall tumbler glass and gently bash with the muddler until it becomes a paste.
Add plenty of crushed ice and pour in the rum.
Top up the glass with soda water, stir and garnish with a mint leaf and a slice of lime.
Serve with a straw.

Ingredients:
50ml vodka

Method:

25ml gin
25ml Campari
25ml red vermouth
twist of orange peel
ice
Method:
Pour the gin, Campari and vermouth into a tumbler filled with ice.
Stir together with a long spoon and decorate with the orange peel.

Ingredients:
60ml Scotch whisky
2tsp sugar syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
splash of water
soda water
orange slice
maraschino cherry
ice
Method:
Put the sugar, bitters and water in a small tumbler.
Fill glass with ice and stir in the whisky.
Add soda water if you like and mix.
Garnish with the orange slice and cherry.

Ingredients:
50ml white rum
80ml pineapple juice
30ml coconut milk
maraschino cherry
pineapple slice
ice
Method:
Blend the liquid ingredients in a food processor with ice, then pour into a Poco Grande glass.
Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry.
Serve with a straw.

Ingredients:
50ml tequila
fresh orange juice
1tbsp Grenadine syrup
maraschino cherry
orange slice
ice
Method:
Pour the tequila into a highball glass filled with ice and top up with fresh orange juice.
Pour the grenadine in down the side of the glass so that it sinks to the bottom.
To serve, garnish with an orange slice and a maraschino cherry.

Ingredients:
50ml dry gin
25ml fresh lemon juice
lemon wedges
2tsp sugar
soda water
ice
Method:
Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice, sugar and gin to a glass and stir.
Add plenty of cubed ice and stir again.
Top with soda water and stir for a final time.
Garnish with the lemon wedge and serve.

Ingredients:
50ml whisky
20ml fresh lemon juice
20ml sugar syrup
lemon slice
maraschino cherry
ice
Method:
Fill a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice.
Pour in the whisky, lemon juice and sugar syrup.
Shake, shake, shake.
Strain into a tumbler glass and garnish with a slice of lemon and a maraschino cherry.

Ingredients:
60ml vodka
2tbsp Kahlua
1tbsp cream
ice
Method:
Mix together all the ingredients.
Put some ice cubes in a small tumbler and pour the cocktail over the top.
